MATT CASEY
Principal/Project Manager
Matt graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with concentrations in Structural Engineering and Construction Management. He moved to the Bay Area to attend Stanford University where he received a Master of Science degree in Design Construction Integration. Matt started his career in high-end commercial construction before transitioning to high-end residential construction. Prior to co-founding Division SF, Matt was primarily responsible for budgets, contracts, engineering consultant oversight, and on-site supervision for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades. Matt is a LEED Accredited Professional™. In addition to construction, he enjoys hockey, cycling, skiing, and traveling.
