Principal/Project Manager
Hibbs has over 10 years of experience overseeing and building high-end custom residential homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to co-founding Division SF he worked as a Project Manager for Building Momentum Inc. where he was responsible for ensuring information flow between clients, designers and the field. Before that, he was a Superintendent and Millworker where he grew to appreciate the transformation of conceptual design to the end product. His management skills coupled with field experience enables him to appreciate and understand the complexities involved in custom home building. Hibbs studied architecture at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is from Rumford, RI and currently resides in San Francisco. He enjoys architecture, art, mountain biking, running, rock climbing and traveling.
